First Time Home Buyers

Steve was great. As first time home buyers, he was able to suggest where we should consider additional inspections (Level II fireplace and oil tank scans). He coordinated with external inspectors and arranged everything to happen in short order.

He was already at the property when I showed up and was conducting the external inspections.Steve patiently answered our many questions, pointed out things that should be fixed in the short term vs. long term. The report arrived in a timely manner and was complete with pictures and recommend corrections to the property.
