Very thorough inspection!

This was my second home inspection with SWDA! Both were more thorough than anything I had ever seen and for a very fair price. The report came in both electronic and hard copies with clear photos and diagrams and specific details for every aspect of the home.

The inspector went beyond what was expected, conducted research, and did not miss a thing. The reports were very helpful in obtaining credits and getting estimates from my contractor who used the reports exclusively to do them. In addition, I will be keeping the report for the future as I am able to make more repairs and upgrades.

The report helped me decide what needed to be done immediately and what could wait. This is the kind of inspector you want on your side when purchasing a home.
