I couldn't be more pleased with the service, knowledge and accommodation from Steve French in SWDA Inspections. Before the inspection, Steve told me that he would be happy if I could follow him around the house to see things that needed attention and for me to ask questions so I could learn about the house and educate myself.

Steve was a great listener to my concerns and questions and gave me accurate and understandable answers. He took his time and never rushed with anything. He gave me the best customer care. The day after the inspection I got the rapport in my email, and the second day after, I got the most comprehensive and complete Hard-copy in my mail. Both of the rapport had color-photos to follow and describe the text.

I would highly recommend Steve French and SWDA Inspection team as an out-standing company for any home inspection. If there was 10 stars I would give 10!!! Thank you Steve!!!
