Wonderful

Steve French did the most thorough home inspection one could ever expect. He is kind, not-alarmist, but extremely precise and thorough. He caught issues with the property that others would have missed. He got up on the roof, and into crawl spaces.

He returned the report to me and my lawyer the very next day, and the hard copy I received in the mail was a fully bound report. He even went back to the property a few days later with a general contractor I am working with, to help point out my areas of concern in order to generate cost estimates.

I would highly recommend him.
